Join us for a mushroom walk at Wild Hudson Valley Forest Farm & Eco Camp. John Michelotti of Catskill Fungi will guide us as we explore the wide world of fungi, from wild mushroom identification to mushroom cultivation. We'll tour an outdoor mushroom growing "laying yard" and learn about (and taste!) medicinal mushrooms, including Turkey Tail, a common mushroom found in the forest that can support the immune system against many ailments.
