Shipping policy

We ship extracts twice per week.

Orders may take up to 10 days to arrive but most arrive within one week. 

We are not Amazon. We are a small business made up of a few caring people who pick up the phone (when we are not out looking for mushrooms). When you call, you are speaking to the owner, manager, and/or producer of the extracts. If you need your order in a certain amount of time, please let us know, and we will do our best to make it happen but no promises. 

USPS delays and mishaps happen sometimes. This is not our fault but we will do what is fair to make it right.
