Of course, we will learn about fungi and how to forage but also expect fungal-themed speed dating questions, wood-breakers that help forge new mycelial connections, and breakout groups to help kindle new friendships. Come by yourself, with your fling, with your longtime spouse, or with your friends. This event is for people who want to grow community, learn about fungi, and who are mushroom curious. Leave with new connections made in your community and ecosystem.

Boots or sneakers are recommended. 

Maybe a water bottle, your favorite beer koozie, bug/tick repellent, or snacks.

Please dress for the weather. We get together and explore the forest rain or shine. Rain coats and boots can be sexy.  

There are Bathrooms at the bar. 

No Kids

While kids are very welcome on our mushroom walks, this event is for adults only.

Pets

I love them but no. Never met a dog on a walk that didn't step on the mushrooms or worse. Some people have allergies or are afraid of dogs. Bring pictures of your dog to share with your new friends.
